House Specialties: All of our meats are cooked over an open wood fire and include: rotisserie chicken, ham, turkey, BBQ beef brisket, grilled chicken breast and grilled salmon.  Our outstanding chicken salad is made fresh daily with our own rotisserie chicken.  Our fresh made side dishes change with the season and include: fresh cut roasted garlic potatoes, roasted corn on the cob, spicy red beans, cuban style black beans, steamed brown rice, bbq baked beans, garden salad, caesar salad, cucumber & onion salad, cole slaw, potato salad and a tropical fruit salad.
